I didn't graduate from TC so I'm kind of crashing the party. I left my senior year to attend Interlochen Arts Academy. I then headed off to NYC for 8 years and during that time received my Bachelor's and Master's from The Juilliard School in double bass performance. After spending my second of two summers in Spoleto, Italy I joined the development team at Juilliard and helped to ring in Juilliard's centennial in 2005/06. As of a year ago I made my triumphant return to the north woods to oversee the alumni efforts at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Who would have thought that advancement in my career would bring me back to TC? I still play my bass, TSO and other groups and have a small teaching studio out of my double-wide trailer.
